Where the OOO 330 Seconds Crystal Glass comes from

Every OOO 330 Seconds Crystal Glass is hand-blown. Each one depends entirely on the craftsman's breath and judgement — no moulds, no machinery. Just those hands, and that breath.

This batch has fine ripples. The occasional air bubble. In some cases, walls slightly thicker than our standard. Fully functional. Clear and bright. They simply didn't clear our rather exacting bar.

A few ripples. The odd bubble. The kind that carry a mark.

The maths

The full-price version retails at NT$550 each. Each seconds crystal glass comes to roughly NT$200 — a limited run at 36% of retail.

Six glasses. Enough for a quiet evening alone or a full table of guests. Break one — five remain. Break another — you've still got four. That's the correct way to think about owning crystal.

① They will not make a great first impression.

These ship directly from our warehouse with no outer packaging — just protective wrapping. There'll be dust. There might be a faint smell of storage. On first sight, you won't be impressed. Get out your washing-up liquid and a sponge, give them a proper wash. What happens after that is our responsibility.

② This batch may include, but is not limited to, the following:

Fine ripples (visible only in certain light) / Occasional small air bubbles (no structural impact) / Dust and storage marks (washes straight off) / No outer box (protective wrapping only)

③ No selection. No returns. No exchanges.

Unless a glass arrives already broken, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on this batch. You don't get to choose. You don't get to return them. That's the line. Please be certain before you order.

④ Please inspect everything within 24 hours of delivery.

When they arrive, do this

  - Unwrap the packaging

  - Warm water, washing-up liquid, a sponge — give them a proper wash

  - Pour something you like

  - Hold one up to the light

Not everyone needs a perfect glass. But some people are happy to find a place for one with a bit of character.

- Lead-free crystal, made with the same material used in premium European and Japanese glassware
- Heat-resistant 0–60°C. Not microwave-safe.

- Limited run. No restock once sold out.
- These are imperfect goods. No selection available. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless items arrive broken.
- If you prefer the consistency of mass-produced glassware, we'd gently suggest hand-blown crystal may not be for you.

- OOO does not accept American Express.
- Deliveries to Hong Kong and Macau use SF Express, with freight charges paid upon delivery. For orders to Taiwan, mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, please complete the delivery address in Chinese.
- Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, China and other parts of Asia, North America, Central America, Oceania, the Near East, the Middle East, and EU member states will be served via EMS.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together on the later date. Dispatch timing cannot be specified. If you'd like items shipped separately, please place separate orders.
- If the courier is unable to reach the recipient by phone, the parcel will be held at the distribution centre until contact is established and redelivery arranged. If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or an unreachable recipient, the order will be cancelled and the remaining balance refunded — minus the cost of return shipping.
- Import duties vary by country. Any customs charges are the recipient's responsibility. Should the recipient decline to collect the parcel, any resulting costs — including destruction or return of goods — are the purchaser's liability.
- All items are inspected before dispatch and wrapped with protective materials. Should damage occur in transit, we will file a compensation claim with the courier on your behalf.
